Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant utilities and systems.
• Maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers; monitor water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document shift activity.
• Respond to general maintenance and emergency calls.
• Assist Fire Response Team and drive company vehicles.
• Maintain logs and interact with staff and vendors.
