Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ months of nursery/tree farm experience in cultivation/harvesting or installation of plant material.
• Experience operating earth-moving equipment.
• Plant knowledge and identification a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and load materials in a timely, safe fashion.
• Secure all loads for transportation (intra- and interstate).
• Receive and unload purchased stock promptly.
• Ensure trees/green goods are secured before departure; inspect trailer safety.
• Operate earth-moving equipment for loading/unloading safely and efficiently.
• Assist in pulling orders and ensuring accurate counts loaded for delivery.
• Stage products and build shipping holders from wood; wear PPE at all times.
• Assist in plant material maintenance to meet quality standards.
