Verst Logistics is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all site operations including production, warehouse, quality, and safety. The role requires strong leadership to develop teams, supervise department managers, and ensure adherence to budgets, SOPs, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:
Manage all aspects of operations at the site including production, warehouse, date integrity, customer relations, quality, technical, sanitation, food safety, asset utilization, and security.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work related experience preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years prior experience in a production, warehouse, logistics environment.
3. Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience with emphasis on leadership, supervision, motivation, communication and planning.
4. Minimum of 3 years prior experience in P&L reviews
5. Broad knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations.
6. Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications
7. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
8. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to work efficiently with a professional, customer friendly attitude.
