AMSC seeks a Plant Manager in New Milford, CT to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a custom-engineered, project-driven setting. You will direct planning, materials, purchasing, and inventory control, ensuring alignment with budgets and labor targets while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The role reports to Site Lead/GM with responsibility across Manufacturing, Planning, Materials Management, and related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in a custom-engineered, project-based environment is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all manufacturing operations to meet quality, delivery, cost, and safety goals.
• Develop and execute manufacturing schedules with Planning to support deliveries.
• Manage budgets, labor utilization, and performance metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.
