Plastipak Packaging in Alsip, IL seeks a Plant Manager to lead a 50-person production facility, driving safety, quality, and profitability. You will partner with the Site Leadership Team to execute the site strategy and engage with customers to align resources and schedules.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering/Industrial Tech degree, 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing and 7+ in leadership, with ISO, GMP, OSHA, HACCP experience and a proven CI track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing; 7+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ISO, GMP, OSHA, HACCP and safety programs.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead all functions of a 50-person production facility to achieve goals.
• Ensure department managers plan, prioritize and execute site strategy.
• Utilize resources to maintain cost, quality, safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership Team to build strong, motivated teams.
• Maintain accountability for ISO compliance and safety programs.
• Engage with customers to align resources and schedules.
• Manage direct reports, performance management, training and recognition.
