Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Plant Manager for a Mattawan, MI location. You will oversee daily plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and shipping, and you will drive strategies to meet production targets, costs, and safety standards.

You will lead a diverse team of supervisors and production personnel, foster a culture of continuous improvement, manage the plant budget, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years as a Plant Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving cost reduction initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to meet customer demands and company objectives.
