Job summary

Salary ranges from $88,000 to $135,000 per year, with wellness perks and Robotics Integration training. You set the boundaries of your freelance schedule and we respect them, while you drive market sizing and financial forecasting

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with TIG Welding, ideally paired with Robotics Integration
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively
• Real 5S Methodology chops, plus the Customer Service curiosity to keep growing
• Familiarity with the Gilbert market and local business landscape

Responsibilities

• Decide which business experiments graduate and which quietly die
• Draft the business case that gets an inclusive initiative funded past committee
• Catch the joyfully-rigorous risk in a contract before legal even opens it
• Pull the AZ field team's reality into the planning room
• Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Gilbert
• Build financial models that forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow
