Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers CTSC seeks a Plant Manager to lead a Retread facility, driving safety, quality and production performance for light and medium truck tires. You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, and push continuous improvement while upholding Service Excellence - Always.

This on-site role requires CDL eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on cost control and regulatory compliance.

A Plant Manager is responsible for recruiting and selecting associates capable of meeting or exceeding performance expectations and coordinating the training of associates.
