Job summary

Fechheimer's Hodgenville, KY plant seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations, safety, and production in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing facility. You will align resources, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in apparel manufacturing, strong knowledge of lean practices, ISO 9001, and ERP systems. On-site leadership with potential relocation to Hodgenville, KY.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred, including apparel, uniforms, or sewn-products manufacturing.
  • Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience with supervisors and production employees.
  • Experience improving plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for plant operations, translating goals into safety, quality, production, cost, and workforce priorities.
  • Develop operating plans based on demand, materials, staffing, capacity, and business requirements.
  • Monitor performance, address gaps, and communicate results to senior leadership.
