Job summary

Fluidstack in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to own all production output at a high-volume facility. You will drive line uptime, takt adherence, quality, and on-time shipments while building a capable on-site team.

You have led end-to-end ramp from construction handover to steady-state production, implemented standard work, takt times, and visual boards, and ensured OSHA/NFPA70E compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You have run a high-volume discrete manufacturing facility end to end and can point to a specific output record.
• You have managed a large on-site workforce through a staffing provider and held partners to targets.
• You have taken a facility from construction handover through first production to steady-state output.
• You design production systems with takt times, line balancing, standard work, and visual boards.
• OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and environmental permits are part of daily management.

Responsibilities

• Own all production output at the Phoenix-area facility: throughput, takt adherence, quality escape rate, uptime, on-time shipments.
• Drive continuous improvement across all production lines with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Hold final product acceptance authority and coordinate with on-site staffing partner.
• Own site readiness across tooling, fixturing, material flow, equipment, utilities, and floor layout.
• Build and develop the on-site manufacturing team and manage workforce planning.
