This position is responsible for all activities that occur within the manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the short term and long-term operations of his/her plant to ensure that the plant delivers on the expected product quality and output. The role requires a leader who has the vision, energy, and passion for Supply Chain operations to see opportunities and inspire others to exceed results by motivating, attracting, and retaining top talent, including developing others in the plants into positions with greater responsibility. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Salary Range- 160000 - 185000
