As part of the executive management team, reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our facilities and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards
2. Oversee equipment maintenance and raw material inventory
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and environmental regulations
5. Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical and electrical systems (preferred)
3. Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in and assist when needed
4. Proven ability to lead teams and optimize operations
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Agriculture, or equivalent experience

Work Schedule: Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
