We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in Savannah, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. This position will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant production of high-quality dental and medical devices. The role will drive a culture of operational excellence that will positively impact safety, quality and service improvements while reducing cost through various CI techniques including Lean. As a strategic location for manufacturing investment the role will drive site growth initiatives and investment strategy execution.
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
