Qualifikationen

• BS in engineering or business.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years power plant (or related) experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Professional or technical level experience in a technical role at a power plant.
• Operations.
• At least 2 of the following: Corporate/Staff, Engineering, Maintenance, or Outage.
• Leadership assessment required.

• Manage the station O&M and capital budgets to minimize costs and maximize profitability while ensuring the long-term viability of the assets.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements and maintain environmental stewardship.
• Maintain effective community relations to promote a positive image of the Company.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Expected salary range of $189,000 to $210,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Operate the plant(s) in a manner that minimizes the cost of generation and maximizes profitability while maintaining the long-term viability of the station assets.
