Job description

  • Share responsibility with the Vice President for the division’s profit and business results.
  • Responsible for setting and accomplishing the goals of KNA, as well as satisfying needs of Kaneka Corporation.
  • Cooperate with sales and technical service to ensure that all company and customer objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure the plant is operated in a safe manner and all safety requirements and procedures are followed.

  • Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying company’s policies and procedures.
  • Fulfil mandatory training requirement applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or Management.
  • Work closely and cooperate with sales to improve or solve customer issues/problems.
  • Ensure that all safety training is 100% completed and on time.
  • Keep QMS/CAN Docs up to date and accurate.
