Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Opportunity Description

Our client is a $20 billion paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a Senior Plant Manager to step into an incredibly equipped facility that was neglected. We can classify this as a turn around and the focus is on equipment and culture.

Qualifications

• World Class manufacturing experience required
• Preference to paper converting and printing experience
• Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
• Experienced managing a large manufacturing facility
• P&L experience - financial acumen required
• Business acumen and experience working with sales
• Experienced developing talent
