Job summary

Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our plastics operations with a focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping, develop salaried leaders, manage budgets, and partner with HR/finance to drive cost efficiency while building a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership; multi-shift experience.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments preferred.
• Ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in high-volume ops.
• Strong Lean, continuous improvement, and performance management background.
• Solid financial acumen with plant-level budgeting and cost driver experience.

• Lead all plant operations, including extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Build and reinforce a safety-first culture with strong accountability and follow-through.
• Drive production performance, efficiency, and waste reduction across all departments.
• Develop and hold accountable a team of salaried department managers and frontline leaders.
• Improve attendance, staffing stability, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership on staffing, cost control, and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Oversee and prioritize maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance, including labor, material usage, and operating costs.
• Support and execute capital projects that improve safety, capacity, and efficiency.
