The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years leading teams, and deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO9001 practices.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually

The Plant Manager provides leadership and accountability for execution of the operational plan at the site through building effective teams and a high-engagement, employee ownership culture. This includes managing all operational functions and processes with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
Lead in a way to create and sustain company culture that models Web Industries’ principles and values.
Communicate, coach, mentor, and motivate site team around vision, values, safety, and strategy. This includes supervising several direct reports (managers, VSL, planners, trainers etc.).
Utilizing a site leadership team structure, lead site plan execution by effectively managing:
Business and Operational Plan ExecutionExecute business plan specific to site (ramp up of new programs, delivery, staffing targets, profit etc.) that have been designed for creating long term business health and sustainability
Operational Performance MetricsSafety, VA/Labor $, VA/HR, Turnover, OTD, COPQ, Productivity, Efficiency, and Utilization.
Customer SatisfactionStrategic Account Supplier Scorecards and Surveys
Employee SatisfactionNCEO Survey
Build healthy, constructive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned
>10 years of experience in manufacturing operations including:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Must be able to work on government contracts.
Bachelor’s Degree in related or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in handling multiple concurrent deliverables and projects.
