Job summary

Saxon Global is seeking a plant operations leader to oversee perishable product handling, staffing, and packing at our facility. You will drive quality, safety, and productivity while managing inventory, shipping, and equipment maintenance to support profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cost management. A Bachelor's degree and experience with USDA/FDA/OSHA/DOT are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing perishable products in food, agriculture, packing, or related operations.
• Strong experience in employee supervision, quality management, food safety, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and shipping/receiving operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience with USDA, FDA, OSHA, or DOT preferred.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost management is a plus.
