Manages and grows Coleman Oil’s Plant operations and associated physical assets. Directs specific Plant location’s employees, operations and facilities in a profitable manner to manage existing business and target, solicit and acquire new prospective accounts. Develops, maintains and implements quality control procedures for all business lines from Coleman warehouses to customer facilities. Provides outstanding service and quality products in a professional and profitable manner with honesty, integrity, teamwork, employee development and excellence in relationships. Develops strong teams through leadership by providing meaningful coaching, feedback and training.
