Alexandria Industries in Minnesota is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to provide direction across all departments, promoting our values and servant leadership culture. You will develop and execute strategic objectives, manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive productivity and profitability.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support quality-focused manufacturing processes (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM), ensure staffing and equipment readiness, and build strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or equivalent-level experience in manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Associate degree required: Machine Tool Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
