Job summary

Rosehill Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain plant equipment, ensuring maximum production quality and safety. This on-site role is based in Georgia and supports company goals and policies.

You will participate in maintenance programs, coordinate with production and shipping, work with engineering and external contractors, diagnose issues, and assist with new installations and other projects as requested by supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of maintenance/repair of industrial equipment experience required.
• On-site, in-person work is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in plant maintenance program.
• Repair or replace plant equipment on scheduled or emergency basis.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities as required.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with engineering and external contractors for new installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Assist with new installations and other projects as requested.
• Follow regulations and work safely to meet city/state/federal rules.
• Work overtime or call-in as needed and participate in plant turn-arounds.
• Contribute to plant cleanliness and Health, Safety and Environmental programs.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
