Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensures equipment operates per manufacturers specifications.
• Completes preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Selects stock, tools and supplies for tasks.
• Loads/unloads stock and tools from vehicles and stores them.
• Reads diagrams, manuals and specs to perform tasks.
• Completes service/work/project forms as directed.
• May repair lawn/snow equipment and operate it as needed.
• May install/repair ceiling, floor tile, and base.
• May relieve plant operating engineer after training.
