Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Texas to perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant machinery and equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues to support safe, reliable operations and assist with preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, documenting maintenance activities, and communicating equipment conditions clearly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance tools, and shop practices.
• Ability to safely follow procedures, instructions and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in an operational environment.
