Hilltop Companies is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, and a 401k match.

As a Plant Maintenance Mechanic you will inspect, repair, and maintain aggregate processing equipment, diagnose issues, and perform routine electrical work. You may operate heavy equipment and must keep work areas safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certification in welding, industrial maintenance, ripping, or crane operation is a plus.
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
• Experience with power-operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
• Willing to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, repair, and maintain aggregate processing equipment, including conveyors, screens, and crushers.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot problems with aggregate processing equipment.
• Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets.
• Perform welding cutting, grinding, drilling, and metal fabrication.
• May be required to operate/move heavy equipment.
• Maintain work areas and work vehicles in a safe, organized condition.

Formation

High School diploma or GED
