Job summary

Knife River seeks a Plant Maintenance Technician to support construction materials operations at our Bismarck, ND facility. You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment including conveyors, crushers, mixers, and motors to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, basic welding and fabrication, lubrication, and equipment adjustments. You will work closely with a safety-focused, team-oriented crew with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Experience with plant equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair plant equipment (conveyors, crushers, mixers, motors).
• Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication.
• Assist with equipment adjustments and tuning.
• Work with a safety-focused, team-oriented crew.
