The role requires basic mechanical skills, the ability to work nights/weekends, and a valid driver's license. Union pay applies at $29.09 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and pension programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and communicate effectively with others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable attendance.
• Pre-employment screenings required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboring duties within an aggregate plant.
• Participate in plant repair and maintenance.
• Operate in a safe and professional manner.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Conduct daily inspections and complete risk assessment forms.
• Wear proper PPE consistently.
• Cover vacations in different tasks when required.
