Job summary

LGI foundation in Sublette, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment. You will inspect, maintain and repair electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems while supporting construction of production facilities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related maintenance experience; ability to operate forklifts, power tools, read gauges and follow safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance; industrial electrical, welding or plumbing experience preferred.
• Safety: Knowledge and ability to implement all safety procedures per established policies.

Responsibilities

• Examine, test, maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Inspect, maintain and repair cooling/heating systems; repair plumbing as needed.
• Assist in construction/repair of production facilities and building structures; follow housekeeping best practices.
