Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our facility maintenance department. The role covers repairs to plant electrical systems, plumbing, and heating, plus equipment installation support.

Strong repair skills and a willingness to participate in Kaizen and safety initiatives are essential. The position emphasizes compliance with environmental and safety regulations, daily reporting, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Electrical, plumbing, heating, sprinkler experience and CNC trouble shooting.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing, and use of hand production tools, strongly preferred.
• Degree not required, coursework in electricity encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to plant electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
• Assist in installation of new equipment or upgrades.
• Conduct general carpentry and electrical hook-ups for testing.
• Participate in safety, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Complete daily work reports and weekly safety inspections.
• Handle hazardous waste following environmental procedures.
