Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade School plus three (3) years' experience in building systems maintenance.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and the Maintenance Connection Tracking system.
• Basic operations with iPhone and iPad; willingness to adapt to company devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work in the Sunbury Manufacturing Plants.
• Maintain and safely operate company-owned equipment.
• Receive work orders, prioritize work, and follow up on completion.
• Address emergency repairs promptly to prevent damage and injury.
• Coordinate with local contractors for major projects.
• Assist with rapid response and resolution of equipment failures to minimize disruption and spoilage.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure assigned projects meet criteria for time, cost, and quality.
• Provide maintenance expertise to operations and other departments.
• Provide quick response and support in emergencies and compliance situations.
• Continuously evaluate best practices and propose improvements.
