You will own designated equipment, lead troubleshooting, and coordinate outages with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe, reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Required: 8 years related experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability or project work in heavy industry.
• Preferred: Associate or higher in Engineering/Tech may substitute.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and outages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for assigned plant equipment and systems, supporting Operations and Maintenance.
• Troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analyses, use condition-monitoring data, implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, preventive/predictive programs, and asset improvement plans.
• Lead outages, overhauls, and maintenance activities with planning and contractor oversight.
• Manage capital and expense projects from conception to closeout, including budgets and tech evaluations.
