Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Texas is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to ensure plant operability and oversee maintenance personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical repairs, plan maintenance activities, and maintain an effective spare parts inventory. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position offering several benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of work experience in a carbon black production facility, or equivalent work experience in maintenance activities preferred.
• Effective PC and PC-application software skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled Maintenance personnel.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all mechanical and electrical repairs in the plant.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities based on Work Order system.
