Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Mechanic I at our Rosser, TX location. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.

The role requires reading technical manuals and schematics, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with operations teams while maintaining maintenance records. Pre-employment screening applies and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and tools.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
