Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 5+ years as maintenance manager or equivalent experience.
• Ability to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic control equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct workers in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment (electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic).
• Assist and direct workers in diagnosing malfunctions in equipment.
• Observe devices to ensure proper functioning or identify issues.
• Plan and estimate worker hours for job completion; interpret safety regulations; ensure a safe work environment.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Plan and implement routine and preventative maintenance; assign and monitor personnel.
• Order parts for maintenance, projects, spare parts, tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed.
