Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in maintenance and repairs.
• Train employees on work methods and safety procedures.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and collaborates with Production.
• Develop effective maintenance systems.
• Drive a positive employee experience through leadership.
