Job summary

Amrize North America is hiring a Plant Lead to support quarry operations and production functions. Under the quarry foreman, you will emphasize safety and collaborate with a team to maintain high throughput on outdoor sites.

This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, flexibility to work long shifts including weekends, and strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols. Join a growing company building North America.

  • Exposure to noise and dust, which may require use of hearing and respiratory protection

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position directly reports to the quarry foreman. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities include assisting in production functions and maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (\"PPE\"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
