Bolthouse Farms, Inc. is hiring for a full-time position reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor. The role focuses on leading day‑to‑day manufacturing within Evolution Fresh operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

The job requires prior experience in manufacturing or distribution, and the team works 1st shift (6:00 am – 3:30 pm). The organization offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities across multiple brands.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assists supervisor in day-to-day operations and coordination.
• Prepare for and execute shift start and close-out procedures; document shift notes.
• Serve as escalation resource for issues during shift.
• Audit area daily for quality, inventory accuracy and service standards.
• Lead daily manufacturing, distribution and juicing tasks to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and oversee sanitation schedule.
• Provide training on SOPs, quality and safety procedures.
• Support process improvements and staffing coordination.
• Review Kronos and ensure accurate timesheets.
• Support safety, food safety and quality programs.

• Pay Range: $31.50-$35.75/Hr

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by leading day-to-day manufacturing. Ensures employee and food safety, efficiency, and quality. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles.

Job Duties

• Assists supervisor in day-to-day operations and advises of task completion


• Prepares for and executes routine shift kick-off, close-out procedures, and completes shift notes


• Serves as an escalation resource for problems and issues that arise during assigned shift


• Audits assigned functional area daily to ensure attainment of product quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service standards


• Leads and carries out daily manufacturing, distribution, and juicing operations tasks. Ensures team attainment of daily productivity goals


• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Oversees team execution of master sanitation schedule


• Provides training and coaching to team members on standard operating procedures, quality and safety procedures and regulations


• Recommends process improvements. Supports process and business changes


• May create staffing schedules and communicate with temporary staffing agency to provide needed associates


• Review line communication boards for Continuous Improvement suggestions, enters work orders into maintenance tracking system for issues requiring follow up


• Reviews and updates Kronos ensure employee time sheets are accurate


• Demonstrates and understands safety as our core value and follows the key essentials to safety as set forth by our safety resolution; reinforces and coaches others to do the same coaches others to do the same


• Understands and follows established safety guidelines, consistently complies with all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, Lock Out Tag Out)


• Acts as a safety change agent (e.g. CPR/First Aid certification; active engagement in safety committee, drives safety initiatives for department)


• Supports food safety, legality, and quality programs


• Maintains product quality through adherence to good manufacturing practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures


• Performs other duties as needed in support of business objectives and Evolution Fresh Mission & Values


• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

What We’re Looking For

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School/GED or one plus years’ experience in related field or combination of both education and experience


• Manufacturing computerized systems or automated distribution or warehouse systems (1 year)


• Manufacturing or distribution environment (4 years)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety regulatory requirements and global standards including Preventive Controls for Human Food (FDA Code of Federal Regulations) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Experience with the GFSI certification schemes (i.e. BRC and/or or SQF)
