Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an on-site Site IT Infrastructure Manager to lead Greenville Plant IT operations in Piedmont, SC. You will manage servers, networks, and plant-floor technology with a hands-on, strategic leadership role, coordinating with North American teams and enterprise services.

Responsibilities include managing the on-site Systems and Network Engineers, driving reliability, security, capacity planning, and IT governance in a hybrid on-prem/cloud landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience with SAP, Delmia Apriso MES, Ignition SCADA/HMI systems.
• Strong project leadership, vendor management and ITIL-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for day-to-day IT infrastructure operations at the Greenville Plant, including servers, networks, and plant-floor tech.
• Lead on-site infrastructure team and coordinate with off-site support functions.
• Oversee site-managed infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, backups, storage, networking).
• Collaborate with Isuzu IT Managers across North America to align standards and support models.
• Lead site IT projects and budget input, ensure documentation and governance.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
