Qualifications
- Electrical Technician with formal training and licensure
- Experience reading electrical/instrumentation manuals and NEC codes
- Ability to troubleshoot field instruments and plant control networks
- Willingness to attend off-site training as needed
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform electrical and instrumentation installations and maintenance
- Troubleshoot field instruments using digital multimeters/calibrators
- Work with plant standards and electrical codes onsite
- Program and troubleshoot plant control devices and data systems
- Maintain records for compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Work safely in a high-noise, high-voltage environment
- Read and follow manuals and instructions for equipment and instrumentation
- Prepare and route wiring, conduits, and control panels as required
