Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial, yardman, or manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation experience (e.g., forklifts, loaders).

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant grounds, stockpiles, and operational areas in neat, orderly condition.
• Perform housekeeping and cleanup of plant equipment, loading, and washdown areas.
• Support safe and efficient plant operations through communication with plant management.
• Operate a front-end loader as needed.
• Meet daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Manage inventory, coordinate schedules, order supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Perform plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
