Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to help keep our asphalt plants clean, safe, and efficient. You will assist with material handling and operate light equipment as needed, always following established safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment.
• Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed.
• Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
