Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on Plant Operator to support asphalt operations in Kentucky. You will perform general cleanup and maintenance, assist with material handling, and follow safety procedures to keep the site productive.

The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and willingness to learn operating various equipment. Extended hours, weekends and holidays may be needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.
