Responsibilities include supervising daily plant activities, managing P&L and budgets, and driving production, procurement, and maintenance across departments. Strong leadership and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years supervising manufacturing teams.
• Proven P&L, budgeting, cost control, and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities.
• Manage plant P&L, budgets, cost controls, and operational performance.
• Lead production, design/engineering, procurement, inventory, logistics, maintenance, and quality.
• Drive production efficiencies, material yield, labor efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, OSHA, and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong quality control processes and certification requirements.
• Train, manage, and provide feedback to employees.
• Prepare daily efficiency, production, and operational reports.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance.
• Manage raw material procurement and inventory.
• Ensure production schedules, staffing, and delivery requirements are met.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and equipment investments for ROI.
• Lead the expansion of manufacturing capabilities into additional building component products.
