This position is located within the Plant Germplasm Introduction and Testing Research Unit of the USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) in Pullman, WA. You will assist research leaders and scientists by performing a variety of technical duties in one or more phases of a research project.

GS-07 to GS-09 levels include collecting, preparing, or evaluating plant samples; maintaining detailed records; and using specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience collecting, preparing, or evaluating plant samples and supporting records.
• Maintaining detailed experimental data and records.
• Using routine techniques with specialized equipment.

Responsibilities
