Job summary

Veza Manufacturing seeks a senior manufacturing leader to own the plant's P&L and drive a culture of rapid, high-quality execution at our Morgan Hill facility. You will lead a complex transformation, build infrastructure and teams from the ground up, and partner with company leadership to deliver safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

The role demands extensive plant-level experience, a proven track record of turning around operations, and a willingness to relocate to the Morgan Hill

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership including Plant Manager experience.
• Proven record leading transformations and turning around operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes and teams from scratch.
• Experience driving safety, quality, cost and delivery improvements across multiple sectors.
• Willingness to relocate to the Morgan Hill/South Bay Area.

What You Bring

• Full P&L and operational accountability for the plant
• Leading a cultural and process transformation — from good to great
• Building out infrastructure, workflows, and team capabilities from the ground up
• Driving performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
• Serving as the top operational leader on-site, partnering directly with company leadership

What You Bring

• Have 8–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including Plant Manager experience
• Have led a turnaround or greenfield operation — and have the scars and wins to show for it
• Are a genuine change agent: you've built things, fixed things, and brought teams with you
• Thrive in industries with complexity — we operate across multiple major manufacturing sectors
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building where there's no playbook yet
• Live in or are willing to relocate to the Morgan Hill / South Bay Area
