Thistle Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering fully prepared meals to customers, representing the company’s quality and care at the door. You’ll operate a delivery app, verify items, and communicate with dispatch to keep routes efficient.

Role requires valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Evening, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
• Reliable, clean, well-maintained vehicle with capacity for multiple medium-sized bags.
• Smartphone and comfort with using mobile technology for routing and instructions.
• Ability to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving.
