Responsibilities

• Oversee all locations operations, including mining, crushing and yard facility.
• Maintain inventory, prepare production schedules and reports, maintain operations logs as necessary.
• Participate in quality control to ensure materials meeting specifications.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including MSHA/OSHA.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline employees and develop the team.
• Ensure material quality exceeds customer expectations.
• Coordinate with sales team and management to determine production schedules.
• Collaborate with other superintendents in the Metro division on various issues.
