Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or Business/Management
• Must be graduating between August 2027 and June 2029
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to work in a plant environment
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to distill complex subjects
• Demonstrated leadership in field of study or activities
• Experience with commodities and exposure to logistics, packaging or manufacturing
• Knowledge of procurement software and databases; materials management
• Experience with interpreting market data; reading blueprints and basic engineering documents
• Emerging partnership and teamwork skills; integrity and accountability
