CARBOCERAMICS in Alabama is seeking a Facility Operator to maintain the cleanliness of the plant property, buildings, and grounds. The role rotates area assignments and requires performing unskilled to semi-skilled tasks in a safe manner, in alignment with CARBO mission and core values.

The position includes handling bagging operations as directed, basic manual duties, and occasional use of a front-end loader to move ore.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general labor tasks in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and write; comprehend oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans plant building and grounds.
• Performs manual tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Assists with bagging operation, as directed.
• Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.
• Operates front-end loader to move ore as needed.
