The role oversees capital projects, budgeting, energy management, and regulatory compliance including ISO 14001. You’ll partner with production and safety to meet cost targets and foster continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5–10 years engineering/maintenance experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual capital budget and justify projects for the plant.
• Manage capital projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain mandatory safety programs and environmental compliance, incl. ISO 14001.
• Lead the plant engineering and maintenance teams and coordinate across departments.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy usage and optimize utilities budget.
